Google Calendar
Connect your own calendars and anything marked “Busy” on them stops being bookable here — no need to block the same time twice. Classes already on your schedule are never changed.
Add each calendar separately. Lessons from another school (Preply and the like) usually sit on their own calendar, not your personal one.
Where do I find that link?
- Open Google Calendar on a computer
- Hover the calendar you want in the left-hand list, then open its ⋮ menu → Settings and sharing
- Scroll down to Integrate calendar
- Copy the Secret address in iCal format and paste it above
Treat that link like a password — anyone who has it can read your calendar. You can reset it in Google whenever you want.

Going away? Block the dates — families can't book them, and classes those days are paused (they won't count as missed).
